My name is Nicole Kokorelis and I have been working with pastries for about two years. I started Kakes by Koko in the summer of 2009. I basically fell in love with baking and everything that had to do with pastry art. I am currently a student at The Art Institute of Michigan in Novi, Michigan. Upon completion of the program, I will be a certified pastry chef and will have worked with almost all aspects of the baking and pastry industry.
